Job Responsibilities:

Ø  Responsible for placing strategic orders such as Strangle, Straddle, Butterfly, Combo, Call Spreads, Put Spreads, TWAP, VWAP, TAS via electronic trading platforms;

Ø  Responsible for handling OTC order operation;

Ø  Responsible for Chat room communication with clients and brokers;

Ø  Monitor client’s position and responsible for margin calls;

Ø  Identify potential market risks and report the issues to senior management where necessary;

Ø  Responsible for attending customer enquiries;

Ø  Preparation for Monthly and Quarterly Margin Calls Report and Client Money Report for SFC;

Ø  Willing to assist in CS duties;

Ø  Handle and assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned.

 

Requirements:

Ø  Passed HKSI LE paper 1,7,8,9 or a SFC Type 1 and 2 Licensee;

Ø  Fresh graduates who have passed HKSI LE paper 1,7,8,9 will also be considered;

Ø  Fluent Putonghua speaking is a MUST;

Ø  Knowledge in Bloomberg application is ESSENTIAL;

Ø  Willing to work in shift on rotational basis and public holidays;

Job Title：Accounts Manager

 

Job Responsibilities:

Ø  Prepare full set of accounts, including daily accounting entries, inter-company transactions, bank reconciliations;

Ø  Handle daily/monthly FRR and ensure strict compliance in meeting the liquid capital requirements and client money rules on a daily basis;

Ø  Provide the necessary information and reports to facilitate the Group’s review and analyses;

Ø  Assist in monthly financial reporting, annual audit, budgeting, and forecasting;

Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:

Ø  Assist the MLRO to review exception reports and identify any suspicious transactions;

Ø  Investigate suspicious cases and prepare suspicious transaction reports to JFIU;

Ø  Prepare and update STR procedures to ensure they are align with regulatory requirements;

Ø  Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.

 

Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:

Ø  Formulate overseas business development plan to establish and maintain overseas clients’ relationship, such as QFII introduction;

Ø  Introduce internationalized varieties participation ways and trading rules like China's crude oil and iron ore to overseas clients, including banks, funds, brokers, dealers, traders, etc;

Ø  Organize overseas recommendations’ activities, design and distribute brochures on Futures, Asset Management as well as business negotiation;

Ø  Coordinate and communicate with headquarters, update market dynamics and policy to clients.

 

Requirements:

Ø  Priority for overseas academic background practitioners;

Ø  Retain good interpersonal relationships and high net worth institutional clients resources in mainland, Hong Kong and overseas;

Ø  Assist clients to communicate and coordinate with mainland institutions and exchanges;

Ø  Have a sound knowledge on global investment markets;

Ø  Familiar with overseas clients trading habits, requirements, and the domestic futures market laws and regulations;

Ø  Trade execution in Global Futures and Options / US equities and Option and  OTC Markets;

Ø  Assist in performing day-end processing for trade reconciliation and settlement; 

Ø  Perform day-to-day trade surveillance and transaction monitoring work; 

Ø  Monitor clients' risks and perform risk control;

Ø  Support system testing and UAT, ad hoc projects when required.

Requirements:

Ø  Holder of SFC Type 2 (Dealing in futures contracts) licence and Type 1 (Dealing in securities) licence is a must;
